I am a PhD student of the Leverhulme Research Centre for Forensic Science at the University of Dundee. In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, going to the gym, watching movies and hiking. I love pizza and pasta!

My Work:
My research uses chemistry and nanotechnology to develop devices that detect explosive substances. This can be applied to security, defence and environmental sector.

My Typical Day:
I wake up and have breakfast. I get to work at 8:45, where I do experiments in the lab. Around 1pm I have lunch with my colleagues and in the afternoon I look at my results, I read some scientific articles and I take some notes. I go home at 17:45.
