Becoming a forensic scientist can be challenging and requires strong problem solving. You must study to get a university degree in forensic science or in a general science-related subject (for example chemistry or biology).
The difficulty actually starts at school – you need to get good grades to get onto a good forensic science degree programme. Thereafter, if you attend all your lectures, work hard, hand everything in on time, participate in extracurricular activities and come out with a good degree classification, that stands you in the best stead for getting a role in forensics 😁
It depends what forensic discipline you are considering.
It also depends on whether you find science as being particularly or hard. I wasn’t particularly good at science in school
