Question: is ur lab pretty

There’s a picture of me in me office on my profile page. It’s quite nice, with lots of windows! Then my students and researchers sit in another office full of desks and computers, where they do most of their work – we’ve just moved into that room so I’m going to get them to decorate it with nice posters soon!

The lab itself is probably not so pretty – it has a couple of desks with computers, and a large booth that’s soundproof so we can test people on experiments without background noise interfering. I also use the MRI scanner at Royal Holloway for my research – if not pretty, it’s certainly impressive! It’s a giant magnet and gets a big room of its own with a lot of special safety measures to shield the rest of the building from the magnetic field.
