When I was at university I studied geology (which is all about the history of our planet) and palaeontology (which is all about the history of life told through fossils). Now my job is all about sharing the really cool parts of science with other people! My favourite thing to do is load our van up with fossils and go into schools to teach people about dinosaurs!
At university I learnt about Biology, which meant I was lucky to work both in the lab and the field! My favourite bit of Biology is Ecology (studying plants and animals and seeing how they interact with the environment). Working in the Science Centre is great because I get to tell people all the things I love about science, answer their amazing questions and work with some really cool exhibits!
At university I studied Geology (which is about what the Earth is made from and its history) and Environmental Science. I now work at the Life Science Centre as a Science Explainer. My job is all about talking to people about science, answering their questions and showing them exciting things to do with the exhibits. One of my favourite things to do it to use the planetarium to talk to people about space!
