Your brain controls all your movement! The brain sends electrical signals through the nervous system, down your nerves and to your muscles. When the muscles recieve the signal they contract or relax making you move or in this case strike a pose! Dance can also be good for your brain. Some studies have shown dancing reduces stress and develops connections in the brain which can improve your memory!
