I got 3A*, 5A, 3B at GCSE, AB at AS level (Music, Biology), AAA (Chemistry, Physics, Maths) at A-level (this was before A* was introduced at A-level), then got a 2:1 in my undergraduate degree and passed my PhD
I did GCE’s before they became GCSE’s. I got 9 A’s and 1B. A levels didn’t have A* in those days, I got 1 A (Chemistry), 2 Bs (Maths, Physics) then at uni I got a First in Chemistry and 3 years later a PhD.
I got B’s and C’s in my GCSEs and I did A levels in Geology (C), Chemistry(E), and Maths(D). I got a 2.1 at univeristy in Geology and then a distinction in my MSc in Data Science.
