It’s always better to catch and treat Cancer early (Stage 4 is an advanced form of Cancer that can be very difficult to treat). So a lot of research is looking at how we can diagnose the Cancer early and the best treatment options to treat it effectively. As for cure for Cancer, we are making progress day by day. More and more types of Cancers are becoming curable, which is fantastic news!

Sadly there is no medical treatment that works 100% of the time. But with cancer the earlier we can diagnose then the better the chances we have to treat it. And new research and treatments are being developed all the time.

With Cancer it is better to work on prevention and catching cases early than developing treatments for late stage cancers. Ideally one day nobody will have cancer that reaches stage 4.
Scientists are working every day to improve our current treatments for late stage cancers and some potential treatments do look promising for the future.

As everyone has already said, it’s better to catch it early. Cancer is also complicated as there are lots of different types. Even in the same body part, two people could have cancer with a different genetic change, which means that treatments will work differently for those two people.

No not at the moment at least. There might be treatment for stage 4 cancer in the future but by then cancer cells would learn how to become more powerful as well. Just as we evolve our cells evolve as well and so do the living things around us

There is always a chance, scientists always strive to move things forward many developments would not have occurred if there weren’t people that dreamed big. In aiming for a cure who knows what you might find that helps on the way.

From a personal view, I really would like for this to happen, having lost two very close family members to cancer at a young age. As others have already said, it is better to detect and treat cancer at an earlier stage. The best we can do is to be aware of any unusual symptoms and make sure you see a doctor if you are worried.

There isn’t one at the moment, but treatments are getting better all of the time. Hopefully there might be one in the future, but just as scientists and doctors are developing better treatments, cancer cells are also developing and finding ways to get around the treatments and still survive, so no treatment is ever 100% effective. It’s a trivcky one!

Prevention and early detection are by far the best ways to stop cancer. Unfortunately once Cancer has reached stage 4 it usually means the tumour has metastases which means it has gone to another part of the body. Once this has happened it is very difficult to eliminate all the cancer cells so chances of a cure at this point are very limited.

Do not think so, early diagnosis and treatment is far better.

Stage 4 is advanced and so it is probably better to think about how we can detect them earlier.
