I am, although I have been seriously considering becoming vegetarian. I like to think of myself as a flexitarian now and I try to have at least two meat-free days a week.

Dan Brunsdon answered on 3 Jul 2023:
I try and reduce the amount of meat I eat on average by as much as I can, so though my diet is mostly vegetarian I do still occasionally eat meat. For me my concern is more about the environmental impact that a diet with a lot of meat in it can have. I don’t think eating meat for every meal or every day is super sustainable, and alternatives are so easy to find and cook with now. Everybody has to find what works best for them but I think anything we can be doing to reduce our environmental impact is a good thing 🙂

I am a meat eater and I take periods of time (roughly 3 weeks) that I eat almost exclusively meat and other animal products. This is not a recommendation for anyone, but it is something I have found beneficial for myself.
