• Question: Why are some people more sensitive than others?

      Great question. It could be many things. People might genetically be more sensitive but they might also be in different environments which makes them more sensitive. It could be to do with the centre of their brains with process emotion. It could also be that they have experienced lots of situations which have caused big emotions like sadness which makes them more likely to be emotional. It could be none of these and all genetics. I think it is a bit of both. Genetics and your environment and experiences that you have growing up and as an adult.

      Depends what you mean by sensitive…

      You could be more emotionally sensitive – probably due to having a more balanced pattern of thinking
      You could be more physically sensitive, e.g. to pain – probably a lot to do with genetics
      You could be immunologically sensitive, e.g. asthma, hives, etc – this is definitely a combination of genetics, what you’ve eaten in your life and what illnesses you’ve had in your life
