We have a little duct (like a little swimming pool) in the corner of our eyes which is called the ‘lacrimal gland.’ The water comes from this pool when our eyes are irritated or we are rally emotional. This little gland holds all the water until we need to clean our eyes out or cry to express emotion.

it comes from your blood… pumped out by the tear ducts which are next to the eyes.
