      Nice question!!!

Different types of pollution aftect the workd in different ways…

      1) Some chemicals can cause infertility in certain plants or animals
      2) Some chemical can cause mutations, so species will evolve faster, but also get more genetic diseases, eg cancer
      3) Some chemicals can cause immediate harm to plants and animals in other ways that means they cannot reproduce.
      4) The above can upset the delicate ecosystem in some places and affect other plants and animals too… e.g. if a pesticide leaks from a farm into a stream, then the flies downstream might all die and there’ll be no food for the salmon, so there’ll be no food for the kingfishers and herons…
      5) Some chemicals have effects on the climate (like greenhouse gases) and this can effect the reproduction of species that are very dependent on having the right temperature (e.g. many plants, amphibians)

      Oh, very interesting question! 🙂
In brief, pollution will mess with nature. When Nature is affected it affects everything else and this includes all the species who live in it. Pollution will always have negative affects on species reproduction, it can even lead to extinction of certain species!
      I hope this helps! 🙂
