I love mangoes, even more now that Lorna has described how good they are for us! The best ones I’ve ever eaten were when we were travelling in South East Asia! Yum!
Yes I also love mangoes but hate having to prepare them! I had to use them in a recipe in H.E at school and can remember being utterly stumped at how to cut them up and remove the skin. I ended up cutting myself with the knife as it was so slippery and I was so cross about it I couldn’t bear to eat them for a while, but I soon got over it! 😂 Amazing info from Lorna!
