Good question! Turtles are injured by plastic in our oceans so one thing we can do is make sure to pick up our litter. It’s also great use reusable items instead of plastic/ For example, metal straws instead of plastic ones.
Climate change is also affecting turtles. To reduce the effects of climate change we could switch to renewable energy like solar panels instead of burning fossil fuels like coal that release carbon dioxide. We can also make small changes like eating less meat or walking more instead of driving. There’s loads of websites online that can give you some great ideas of ways to help! 🙂
