Great question! I’m not sure why people litter into the ocean. It’s really easy to pick up our rubbish and put it in the bin or even recycle it! It would also save a lot of sea creatures from being harmed by our litter! You’re absolutely right the ocean covers about 3/4 of our planet but only 20% is visible from the surface. There’s loads of our oceans we haven’t explored so who knows what’s waiting for us to discover at the very bottom of the sea 🙂
