      Mars is actually quite a cold planet, it is usually around -63 degrees Celsius which is colder than Antarctica, so nothing has melted on Mars.

      The robots there were sent to Venus were destroyed by the extreme conditions there though. Venus is over 400 degrees Celsius and has very high pressure. The best robots sent there only lasted about 2 hours!
