      I am guessing you mean my kayaking opponents…there are two competitors at the moment who are both very successful and won Gold medals at Rio.

      Lisa Carrington from New Zealand is a 2 x Olympic Gold medallist

      Danuta Kozak from Hungary is multiple World Champion and also multiple Olympic Gold medallist.

      I think at this early stage of the game both Dan and LauraAnne are looking pretty strong! But it is early days and a lot could change in the next two weeks!

      However, outside of “I’m a scientist” I think everyone here is an expert in their sport or field of work so it wouldn’t be fair to single anyone out!

      I don’t think I can answer that. Each Scientist is an expert in their own research area.

      tough q! we’re all good in our own specific areas of sport science – what you will see over the next two weeks is even though we all work in sport science we all do very different projects and know different things, so we can each give you a different answer or perspective on a question. I think everyone’s going really well so far so looks like it is going to be an exciting two weeks!
