• Question: What is the quickest way to recover from a sprain or strain?

      Rest immediately, ice, compress, elevate. Do not stretch.

      After a few days resume gentle exercise and gradually build up volume/intensity. If it hurts, rest and start back with the last activity that didn’t aggravate it.

      Listen to your body!
