      I spent 8 years in primary school, 5 in secondary school and then went to university. There, I did an 8 month diploma in Sports Massage, a 4 year Bachelor of Science (Hons) undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a 4.5 year PhD (doctorate) in Neuromuscular Biomechanics. I then did another 15 months of what we call postdoctoral training (very specialised training and work, after you do your PhD) in Impact Biomechanics, also at Loughborough. I then got this job in December of last year.
