• Question: In what foods can you find melatonin?

      That is really great question I have ever thought of before. As far as I know the melatonin is only prescribed by doctors as apills

      Hi NapTimeMiguel – Well, lots of foods can create melatonin. The best ones are – tart cherries, less ripened bananas, soft fruits (raspberries) and black olives. Unfortunately, the ones we tend to hear about, such a warm milk and turkey, don’t produce as much melatonin as these others. Other foods that have been shown to help people sleep are nuts, kiwi fruit and jasmine rice (believe it or not)!
