      Sleep is important for the daytime functions. If you sleep well, you will be more productive and more energetic. Good sleep will improve your memory and mood on the other day. In one experiment I did couple of years ago is that when people sleep 7 hours or more in the night, their ability to remember and answering word puzzle is better compared to if they sleep 5 hours or lees. There are a lot of research supporting this area. one of which is that the judgment during driving a car will be better if you sleep well in the night before. Good night sleep will also improve your daily exercise. I hope I answer your question.
