So the sky is the atmosphere around our earth, so technically I would say its spherical in shape? I don’t know if there is a fancier word for it! 🙂

This is a beautiful question. The sky that we see mostly ends at the highest layer of our atmosphere. But we also do see the moon, and at times, we also see Venus and Mars which are more than 100,000 km away from us.

So, the thing that we call “sky” goes way beyond our atmosphere into outer space…and outer space has no shape. That’s why the sky has no shape.
