Question: since you worked with police and study interpersonal violence , do you work with forensic psychology , if so , what voleenteering work/ jobs would you think would be best for someone who wants to go into forensic psychology?

  I work with some university staff who are in the field of criminology / criminal justice but in terms of my experience in forensic psychology I have never taken a taught module, so anything I’ve picked up is through conversation and reading literature. In terms of volunteering, depending where you are and your age you may be able to volunteer as a Special Constable with the police, or if research is an interest, you may be able to find a research assistant position (depending on a variety of factors). Those would be my direct experience, but I am sure there are a whole host of jobs that would lead to great experience
