  I really enjoyed my undergraduate degree. It is very varied because psychology has so many different types and components: biological, developmental, cognitive, social and research methods, ethics, critical thinking etc. The assessments are typically diverse and the day is a mix of various workshops, lectures, and lab sessions so there is a real mix in the topics you do each week.
