• Question: How did you realise you wanted to pursue psychology instead of the other subjects you took and all of the jobs you have had?

Hi- thanks for this question. I was always interested in psychology from when I picked it at A level. In fact, I didn’t pick it at first because my parents wanted me to do more traditional subjects!! When I went to university I became very interested in working with clinical populations, so a lot of my jobs after that were about me gaining more experience and skills in these areas. I always kept coming back to working with people, and that is where I felt most comfortable, and I got the most enjoyment out of it.
