1. Only use your bed for sleeping in, no technology, no homework, it is so important for your body to learn that when you go to bed, you sleep! This is all about learned associations.
2. Create an environment you want to relax and sleep in, colours, smells, a fluffy blanket, anything that makes you feel good when you go to bed.
3. My final tip is get up at the same time everyday, even if it is the weekend!
