      Hmmmm tough question, I have lots that I like, Magnesium (Mg) because it burns incredibly brightly when put in a flame, Rhodium (Rh) because I used a complex of it during my Masters project and not only did it work but was also green and sparkly. But my favourite, maybe Cesium (Cs), because of the bang when its put in water (find it on youtube 🙂 )
