“Energy is what Franco lacks in the morning before he had his first cup of coffee”. In other words, there is nothing which qualifies me to answer this question. That’s one for the physics zone (if there is one).
@599parf38, I remember my physics teacher telling me that energy is the ability to do work. So, I have the energy to answer your question and this is both a physical and mental energy.
If you believe Einstein’s theory, kinetic energy (E) = relativistic mass (m) x the speed of light (c) squared (that’s the famous E=mc^2 equation that you may have heard of before). I’m not an expert on energy (or Einstein!) so I’ll leave that one to the specialists!
Energy is defined in different ways depending on the context. Sometimes it is a potential thing, sometimes metaphoric, sometimes measurable through a proxy indicator.
