      Hi Moistcrab

The really enjoyable part about being an epidemiologist is that it allows me to work with lots of people from other areas of research. I am interested in how populations are affected by disease and what factors make some people within a population more prone to disease than others. I can use various methods including surveys, mathematical or statistical modelling, and work with people in this country and abroad. The world needs more epidemiologists as we face future challenges. Epidemiology gives you a wide view of the world at the same time as allowing you to investigate individuals and even work with people who work on smaller and smaller parts of the ecosystem
