Yes-ish, they were good enough for the course I wanted to do but I was by no means anywhere near the top of the class.

Good, but not amazing (I think for GCSE A for Art, English and Maths, then B for all other subjects and perhaps C for double science – it’s been a long time ago and I can’t quite remember). At A-level I got B C C or B B C I think. Again, I can’t remember as it’s never been asked after my first job.

While I did ok in my exams, I think the key is if you are passionate enough about something and determined you will get there.
I am not suggesting if you want to be the next Gold Medal Athlete, hop along to the next Olympics, but I am a firm believer that if you really want to succeed or achieve something given time and effort you can.

Well.. until my last three years of school, I was not that good. My grades were.. normal? The last years I knew I want to leave the city I grew up with and studying was my only proper opportunity to do so. Therefore, I invested a lot of time, jumped out of my comfort zone and improved my grades.

I my high school, I got very good grades, sometimes, 1st out of more than 1000 students. At university, I usually got average grades.
