      It’s hard to be sure, but right now, a lot of scientists think that COVID-19 (the name for the disease caused by the novel coronavirus) might not end. Instead, it might turn into something that happens every year, just like coughs, colds, and the flu. The good news is that, even though it sounds scary when you first hear about it, it’s not very dangerous to most people – just like ordinary colds and flus. As long as people take good care to wash their hands and stay home when they feel ill or are coughing, and do their best to avoid other illnesses, they should stay safe – and even most people who do get COVID-19 will probably recover just fine!

      I agree with Mick that it seems that Corona virus will stay with us for a while and we will have to learn to live with it as we do with flu and other viruses. With time we will develop vaccinations and effective ways of treating COVID-19 patients so that less people will get ill or get serious complications from the disease. But Corona virus is spreading so quickly that it will be very hard to get rid of it completely.
