About the Nihonium Zone

The element Nihonium was named after the Japanese word for the country of Japan, “Nihon”, after it was created in a laboratory at a research institute just outside Tokyo.

Its atomic number is 113. It is extremely radioactive and has only been made in experiments in small amounts.
