Most of the dinosaurs I’ve found have been pretty well-behaved, but there is one that might have had a disgusting trick up its sleeve! A dinosaur called Saurornitholestes (which is a little bit like a Velociraptor) had a special kind of tooth with a groove running down it. Scientists think the tooth might have been used for injecting poison, but the more likely explanation is that the groove held rotting food in it – so that, when the dinosaur bit someone, the bite would get infected and the prey would die!
