I wish I could answer this one! The universe is very very big and there are many galaxies out there with many thousands of planets in them. We can’t say anything for sure but there’s a high chance that at least one of these planets may be similar to Earth and may have organisms living on it. But there are many factors that made it possible for life to occur on Earth in the first place – like the climate and the chemical elements present in the atmosphere and in the Earth’s crust. We are still trying to work out how exactly the first organisms came into being but it could have happened by chance when a few chemical substances came together under very special set of conditions. And then it took many millions of years before these organisms evolved into complex animals and eventually into humans. This means that the chances of making this happen again somewhere else may be very small. Not impossible though! And also we need to consider that life on another planet, under another set of conditions could still happen but just be very different to the life as we know it here. So maybe there are some alien organisms somewhere out there!
