Question: What is the rarest eye colour can a human can have through genetics ?

This question is way more complicated than I expected, and I’ve spent quite a lot of time trying to work out what colour my own eyes are (I thought I knew!). Of these categories, it seems like blue or hazel-green eyes are the rarest, though I don’t know which comes out absolutely top. Lots of things I read also talk about amber or silver eyes, but they don’t feature in this classification – maybe that shows they’re really rare! I don’t mind the hazel-green colour being among the rarest though – I think my eyes are probably 5/e on those scales, and being unusual isn’t always a bad thing 🙂
