• Question: Does your vision get worst after long amounts of exposure to electronics such as computers and televisions?

      Possibly! It may not be representative but I never wore glasses until the later stages of my Master’s degree, when I first spent all day on the computer. From what I gather, your eyes need variety, i.e. a mix of long distance and short distance work. So after a day at the desk, it might be a good idea to go for a walk in the forest 🙂

      Not sure! But I think it does cause eye strain. My eyes get tired from looking at computer screens and small structures all day! Although not electronics, sometimes when I’m working with small optical fibres (about the width of your hair, or sometimes even thinner), I might take a break from looking at them to do something else if I’m struggling. Sometimes a quick walk is very helpful! I don’t know if this leaves a permanent effect though. Good question to ask an optician!
