Question: what inspired you to want to find cures for brain tumours and cancer?

When I was 9, I noticed my grandma became really sick and in the space of 6 months she went from being a bubbly person to dying of a brain cancer called glioblastoma. Many people 25 years on still don’t survive glioblastoma. She was my main inspiration and I used to see her ever wednesday- I still think about her every wednesday. My sister also had leukaemia when she was a child. My family experiences inspired me to make a difference.
