      It’s actually quite easy maths. We multiply together how many people have the disease and how much it costs and how many times a patient takes it. We also have some maths models that map the speed that a drug gets accepted within the population adn what happens when it goes off patent (drugs have patents for about 20 years which means no other drug companies can make them – when a drug goes off patents, lots of other companies start making them and the price drops really quickly)…
