• Question: what do you think the best drug to work with is and why?

      At the moment, my favourite drug is called Avastin. It’s used to treat lung cancer, breast cancer, brain cancer and many other types of cancer. Whilst it doesn’t cure the cancer, it stops it growing for a couple of months. We now hope to find more drugs even better than this that can stop it growing for even longer. Eventually we might be able to stop it completely – that would be amazing.
