• Question: Are Embryonic Stem Cells able to save thousands of lives?

      well not at the moment. Adult stem cells have been saving lives for many years with Bone Marrow Tranplsants. It is hoped that embryonic stem cells will be able to save thousands of lives in the future, but at present, we are still in the testing phase, making sure they are safe to use and the will do what we want them to do. This takes quite a long time!
