I’ve wanted to be a vet since I was little. I’ve always been very interested in animals and how their bodies work. I also really like working with other people, and being a vet means working with lots of people aswell as animals! I find researching diseases as a vet is also really fascinating. I can use the skills I learn as a vet in the lab too when I’m testing animal samples for different parasites. Being a vet is being a type of scientist, and there are lots of ways you can use vet skills in science and research 🙂
