      Hi Arora,

Another good question. Everyone is different, so I don’t think there is an age. My mum always bought my school uniform a size too big because she thought I would keep growing, so my clothes were always too big! Boys might grow for longer than girls. I have definitely stopped getting taller and I am 28, but I keep eating too much food so I might be growing outwards still 😀

Arora – Lauren is right, at a certain point we stop growing in many ways, but the body continually replaces old blood cells, bones and skin with new blood cells, bones and skin. This is all part of our natural biological cycle and important for keeping the body functioning! It isn’t until you’re elderly that some of these systems start to get slower, and you stop growing!

      Michael 🙂
