Guinea pigs are fab, and I think it would be pretty unusual for your guinea pig to get any germs from you that would make them ill, thankfully. It is still a really good idea to wash your hands after stroking and feeding your guinea pig or cleaning their cage. This is because it is more likely that your guinea pig could pass germs to you!
