      What is “beyond” the universe? Nobody knows! There is still a question of “how big is the universe”. If it is infinitely big (meaning it goes on forever), then there is nothing on the other side – as there is no other side! If it is finitely big (meaning it has a fixed size, like the room you are sat in), then we still don’t know what is on the other side. There are theories, such as the multiverse theory. This suggests that there are many universes that join together, a bit like the hexagons of a honeycomb! If this is true, then the other side is another universe!

      Maybe the universe is like a mobius strip that it just loops back to the start? Thinking about it hurts my head frankly so I am glad I am not a physicist.
