Question: how many times have you been on fields????

Well my work does involve a lot of site work which involves us going out and about drilling and digging holes to look at the ground. So i have been on many many different sites ranging from open fields which have never been developed to old factories and landfill sites.

When I first starting working I was out and about a lot probably spending 80% of my time outside and 20% of my time in the office. Being out on site is great but as I have been working for 18 years now I don’t get to go out as much as I used to unfortunately and that is left to the newly qualified geologists.
