I don’t really work with dangerous liquids, but I know people at my university who work with formaldehyde because they are working with old museum specimens (and that can be quite dangerous). Lots of people at universities also work with liquid nitrogen which can be pretty dangerous to work with if you’re not very careful!

There are probably lots of highly toxic liquids, some that change to gas at ambient temperatures and cause asphyxiation and others that are highly flammable but I suspect if you consider the most dangerous liquid as being the one that kills the most people then it would be water.

Dangerous to whom? Molten rock is pretty dangerous stuff (i.e., lava). Hydrofluoric acid is among the most dangerous liquids to humans at room temperature.
