In secondary school – I had interest in both arts and science . So did both in GCSE and A level equivalent ( International Baccalaureate ). I think that approach has made me a better scientist .
I had a very good mentor and opted for a career in science by A level
I was always interested in science and building things when I was a toddler, but I can’t remember what that was like. I know I became very interested at about 14 years old because I wanted to become a Forensic Doctor, so I really enjoyed learning about the body. I’ve always had some interest in Science, and now as an adult and finishing school, I think I have been more interested because I have more time to learn about science and what Im interested in learning about.
