The simple answer (but also very complicated) is ATOMS. A part of the universe is “normal matter” which consists of the atoms that make up stars, planets, human beings and every other visible object in the Universe.

normal matter inside they are atoms and inside the atoms smaller particles named quarks. All of these interact with each other and create energy and that energy is can create more atoms and then planets, stards and evrything that it is inside the universy. But we also have tha dark mateer and black holes in the universy that absorb energy trying to bring the equlibrium

I suppose the simple answer is atoms, matter, antimatter, and energy. That being said, atoms get really complicated when you start studying them more closely!
