I like to think I am quite healthy. I go the gym a couple of times a week and try to eat relatively healthily… although I do quite like a cheeky McDonald’s breakfast on the way home after a night shift! 🤫

I would say I’m fairly healthy. I should eat better but I exercise a few times a week and don’t have any health issues

I am quite healthy. I don’t go to the gym but do a lot of walking. I like to eat different coloured food to get maximum nutrients possible.

I try to be healthy: I drink plenty of water, go running and do yoga, and I try to eat 5 pieces of fruit and veg a day, but sometimes life gets in the way and that doesn’t always happen! Mentally I make sure I have some quiet time a couple of times a week. I don’t smoke but I do like a drink occasionally. I like to have a pizza or a takeaway now and then. It’s all about balance.

I try to be healthy, however have been left with some autoimmune conditions that can flare up and affect my mobility.

Echo-ing the answers of others I try. I try to maintain a sensible balance eating well, but not perfectly,. I also try to exercise, mainly through walking and if I can walk it I will. Whilst not as much as I used, fortunately I am on my feet a lot of the day- often a number of short shuttle runs to call patients in for their appointment.

I’d like to think I’m pretty healthy. I try to run 3-4 times a week and I’ve done a few marathons. I try to eat healthy-(ish) but I do love a bit of fast food and cake!

I could definitely be healthier! Like a lot of people over lockdown I didn’t move much at all and spent all my time comfort eating junk food so those years in particular set my health back by quite a lot I reckon! Since life returned to a new ‘normal’ though I’ve been eating a more balanced and healthy diet with a bit of light regular exercise, so I’m taking baby steps here, but the back road to my pre-covid state is a long and bumpy one

Fair to middling, I try to eat healthily, stay active, and don’t smoke. I do drink alcohol, but only the odd drink now and then.

I’m not great. I do a lot of walking, exercise a couple of times a week and eat a decent amount of fruit and veg.
But I drink far too much caffeine and enjoy processed food too much.
However, I am good at long distance. I did the London Marathon in 2022 and do a few half marathons each year – I’m just very very slow (and asthmatic).

I like to look at health from a holistic point of view – physical, mental, spiritual etc – and try to incorporate foods/activities that have a positive impact on each daily/frequently e.g. exercise, balanced diet, quiet time, prayer…
