DISCLAIMER: Don’t try this at home! Ask your science teacher to do it.

A good one to get your science teacher to try making hydrogen. You can do it using electrolysis of water (with something in the water to make it conduct a bit better). You collect the hydrogen and then light it with a flame ON A LONG STICK! If you can convince your science teacher to mix oxygen and hydrogen in a balloon and light that, it’s even better.

There is another way that uses a microwave. Ask your science teacher if they can show you this or ask them to contact me and I’ll explain.
