• Question: Have you tried this on a human lung?

      Hi AJ,

      All of my experiments are done on cells that we’ve taken from humans via a bronchoscopy (where a tiny brush is inserted into the bronchus of a human and we brush away some of the cells to be used). I then grow them up in a system we call Air-Liquid Interface which mimics how they’d grow in the lung. So it’s a near as possible to our lung setup as possible.
